About Our Fragrances

Are Al-Qalam attars alcohol-free?
Yes. Every fragrance in our collection is 100% alcohol-free — crafted as a concentrated perfume oil (attar). They are safe for all skin types, suitable for daily wear, and appropriate for prayer.

What is an attar?
An attar is a traditional concentrated perfume oil derived from natural botanical sources. Unlike alcohol-based perfumes, attars are oil-based, longer-lasting, and deeply rooted in Arabian and South Asian fragrance traditions.

What ingredients are used?
Our attars are crafted using high-quality essential oils, aroma molecules, and natural ingredients — including real oud, musk, saffron, rose, amber, and more.

How long do Al-Qalam attars last?
Most last 12–20 hours on skin and 24+ hours on fabric.

Sizes & Packaging

What sizes are available?
All our attars are available in 3ml, 6ml, and 12ml.

How do I apply attar?
Apply 1–2 drops to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind the ears, and inner elbows.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within India typically takes 4–7 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
