Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of alqalamperfume.com and purchases from Al-Qalam Perfume. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Using our website

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

2. Products and pricing

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images and prices. Packaging and colours may vary slightly from images. Fragrance perception and longevity vary with individual preferences, skin, climate and usage; this does not exclude remedies for defective or incorrectly described goods. Follow product instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

The price, applicable taxes and delivery charges for your purchase are shown at checkout. Changes to listed prices apply to future purchases and do not automatically alter accepted orders.

3. Orders and payments

Orders are subject to stock availability and acceptance. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. If an order cannot be fulfilled, or a material pricing or listing error affects it, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution. If we cancel an order for which payment has been collected, we will refund the affected payment.

4. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, estimated delivery periods and shipping responsibilities. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs or other circumstances. Contact us about delayed or missing shipments so we can investigate. These circumstances do not remove any remedies required by applicable law.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Eligibility, request windows, product-condition requirements and refund procedures are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable return rules. Domestic and international rules may differ. Nothing in these terms removes remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods where required by law.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared. Payments are handled through the payment services available at checkout. Never send payment passwords, OTPs or account credentials to our support team.

7. Intellectual property

Website content owned by us or licensed to us, including our branding, text, images and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce or commercially use this content without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Service availability and liability

We aim to maintain an accessible and accurate website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.
